When you enter or participate in a City of Houston sponsored on-line contest, we ask for contact information. For example: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address. Information requested will vary depending upon the contest. We will not share any of your personal information with any third parties, unless required by law, without your consent.
Contest participants must be 18 years of age or older and must reside inside the corporate limits of the City of Houston.  To participate in the contest you must provide your home address so we can validate that winners are City of Houston residents.  Only one entry per home address will be accepted.  Multiple entries at the same address do not increase chances of winning.  Winners will be selected through a random drawing of registrants with eligible home addresses.
